Bloomington Birth and Bodywork LLC

For established clients. Individualized therapeutic massage and bodywork for clients who have previously worked with Kari. Sessions are tailored to what your body needs that day, whether that's focused work for pain or tension, mobility support, nervous-system regulation, or simply time to rest and reset. Your session may incorporate therapeutic massage, cupping, hot stones, kinesiology tape, essential oils, heat therapy, stretching, movement, and other techniques from my training as appropriate. Everything is included—there are no modality add-ons or upcharges. Bloomington Birth & Bodywork is currently prioritizing new clients seeking pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, and infant care. At this time, I am not accepting new clients for general massage or bodywork.

More time, more assessment, and more individualized support for your postpartum recovery. This extended session creates space to look at the bigger picture—not just where your body hurts today. We’ll talk through your pregnancy and birth, current symptoms and concerns, feeding and caregiving positions, movement, and what you want from postpartum care. We’ll use that information to guide both hands-on care and practical strategies for home. Bodywork is completely individualized and may include therapeutic massage, abdominal and pelvic-focused work, scar tissue support when appropriate, positioning and movement, stretching, cupping, hot stones, kinesiology tape, essential oils, heat, and other techniques within Kari’s training and scope. Everything is included—no modality add-ons or surprise charges. This extended session is optional; you’re always welcome to begin with a standard Postpartum Massage & Bodywork session.

Personalized massage and bodywork designed to support your recovering body after birth.
