We’ll talk through your pregnancy and birth, current symptoms and concerns, feeding and caregiving positions, movement, and what you want from postpartum care. We’ll use that information to guide both hands-on care and practical strategies for home. Bodywork is completely individualized and may include therapeutic massage, abdominal and pelvic-focused work, scar tissue support when appropriate, positioning and movement, stretching, cupping, hot stones, kinesiology tape, essential oils, heat, and other techniques within Kari’s training and scope. Everything is included—no modality add-ons or surprise charges. This extended session is optional; you’re always welcome to begin with a standard Postpartum Massage & Bodywork session.

Sessions may focus on rest and nervous-system regulation, feeding and caregiving posture, muscle tension and pain, mobility, or other changes that come with pregnancy, birth, and postpartum life. Care is individualized to what your body needs that day and may incorporate therapeutic massage, abdominal and pelvic-focused bodywork, scar tissue support when appropriate, stretching and movement, cupping, hot stones, kinesiology tape, essential oils, heat, and other techniques within your therapist’s training and scope. We’ll use that information to guide both your hands-on care and practical strategies for home. Sessions can address common pregnancy discomforts, muscular tension, mobility, pelvic and hip comfort, sleep and positioning challenges, swelling, or simply the physical and emotional demands of growing a human. Your session may include therapeutic massage, movement and stretching, positioning, cupping, hot stones, kinesiology tape, essential oils, heat therapy, or other techniques from my training when appropriate. Everything is included in the session price. We’ll choose what makes sense for your body that day rather than asking you to select or pay for individual modalities.

Focused, hands-on support for established pregnancy clients as birth approaches. We’ll combine individualized bodywork with movement, positioning, and practical birth-preparation techniques based on your goals. Sessions may include focused work for the hips, pelvis, sacrum, back, ribs, abdomen, and other areas affecting comfort and mobility; Spinning Babies–informed movement and positioning; stretching and mobility work; and techniques to encourage greater comfort, balance, and ease. Partners or birth support people are welcome! We can practice massage, counterpressure, hands-on comfort measures, movement, and labor positions they can confidently use to support you during birth. Cupping, hot stones, kinesiology tape, essential oils, heat, and other appropriate tools are included at no additional charge. This is never a one-size-fits-all “get baby out” session—we’ll choose the bodywork, movement, positioning, and education that make sense for your pregnancy, body, and birth goals.
